The fact he manages the full process from quote through to install means the detail and design discussions don’t get lost along the way. I’m fussy on the detail and Steve’s workmanship was excellent.

Steve’s engineering background and calm and flexible personality shone through throughout the install process providing alternative options or solutions to potential problems as he went, such as routing of pipework and leaking gutters on the house.
